On April the 10th 2016, Longrich overseas branch managers gathered at the global marketing HQ in China to report for the first quarter market performance and plan for the second quarter market development of the year 2016.
Chairman Xuzhiwei accompanied with Charlie Chin, the head of Longrich international department together with the two VPs; David Xu and Johnny Chen, the dean of Longrich International Business School Mr. Gabriel Zhang (the host), as well as the global finance manager Mr. Xu Changjian and several other top management personnel all took part in the event.
Chairman Xu opened the conference with tree key following requirement andhope:
1ST: Confidence in the business is the key to achieving success. Chairman Xu stressed that all branch managers should have full confidence in the business in order to easily transfer assurance to all Longrich distributors and guarantee growth.
2nd: Be creative so as to stay competitive in the market and drive better business development
3rd: Be aware of self-responsibilities in order to move forward. Keeping in mind that Longrich overseas managers hold more than 70% in the development of the role of leadership and the team based in China HQ only about 30%.
Following chairman Xu’s mobilization, each branch office manager reported the first quarter performances of their respective markets and revealed the development plan of quarter 2 and 3.
Mr. Arno Aming was the first to report about the Nigerian market, which in the year 2016; his team has registered an outstanding business performance. Chairman Xu invited other team to learn from Longrich Nigeria.
Following the 7 hours of the meeting, all managers reported one after another their work and plan for the future.
Besides the work reporting meeting, 3 outstanding managers were rewarded for their excellent achievements. They respectively are: Mr. Johnny Chen (Nigeria), Mr. Pu (Korea) and Mr. David Lim (Philippine). The trio respectively received their awards from Mr. Xu, Charlie Chin and David Xu.

Chairman Xu concluded by emphasizing the need for all to applying good method and business strategies, take advantage of each market so as to continuously enhance business performance, hopefully reach a 100% of growth.
